Indiana University Health Medical Group has an exciting new opportunity to be a part of our Nephrology team. We are seeking to add a team player who cares for our patients and has an eagerness to learn.

Position Details: 

• Locations of provider practice
  • Inpatient Rounding at IU west Hospital
  • Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana
  • Outpatient- CKD clinic- IU West Hospital
  • Outpatient Dialysis rounding- Davita Speedway & Davita Westview
• Full Time- Days
  • Mon- Fri 8a-5p, Saturday and Sunday 1 per month 
• Rotating
  • Outpatient CKD clinic- 4 half day clinic every other week alternating with Inpatient rounding at RHI and Outpatient dialysis rounding. 
  • Inpatient rounding 1 weekend a month and IU North Hospital or West 
• No call Schedule
• 50% Inpatient 
• 50%Outpatient
• Working directly with 4 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider

Job Responsibilities:

• Round on ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease)
• AKI (Acute Kidney Injury) and other general Nephrology patient's inpatient
• See CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) patients in clinic and round on ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) patients in outpatient dialysis units

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be an ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA
• Masters Degree Required
• Nephrology or ICU experience preferred 
• New graduates or experienced APP's are considered
